Soho House is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee dining operations, ensure exceptional member experiences, and lead a team in a refined hospitality setting. You’ll collaborate with Head Chef, Events, and Membership teams to deliver memorable dining experiences that reflect the Club’s culture.

You will drive service standards, recruit and develop staff, and manage day-to-day floors, balancing guest satisfaction with operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in a similar capacity.
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments and solves problems calmly under pressure.
• Hospitable, approachable and passionate about customer service.

Responsabilités

• Drive exceptional service standards by refining systems for members and staff.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless guest interactions.
• Support recruitment and participate in interviews with People & Development.
• Oversee onboarding and development of new team members.
• Train staff on Soho House values and service standards.
• Create efficient staff rotas and manage labour costs.
• Uphold appearance, safety, and professionalism standards.
• Drive an inclusive environment reflecting Soho House values.
• Understand product from food to accommodation and commercial viability.
• Hands-on management of front and back-of-house operations.
