The Groucho Club - Bar is seeking a Cocktail Waiter or Waitress to deliver high-end drinks and warm, professional service to our members and guests in Soho. You will guide guests through our cocktail, wine and spirits selection, make recommendations, and contribute to a vibrant bar atmosphere with energy and personality.

Responsabilités

• Deliver drinks and bar food across our bars and member spaces.
• Greet and serve members and guests with warmth, confidence, and professionalism.
• Build genuine relationships with regulars and learn their preferences.
• Take accurate orders and enter them into the system correctly.
• Guide guests through our cocktail menu and recommendations.
• Maintain immaculate waiter stations and ensure service areas are clean.
