Job summary

Select Recruitment Specialists Ltd is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager for a busy food hall in Diss, Norfolk. You will lead the team, ensure excellent customer service, and take responsibility for the smooth day-to-day running of the operation.

The role requires leadership, hospitality experience, scheduling, budgeting, and hands-on management of EPOS systems, stock, and health and safety. 40 hours per week, including weekends on a rota.

Qualifications

• We have proven experience in restaurant management.
• Experience with staff scheduling and rota management.
• Budgeting and cost control experience.
• Experience with EPOS systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage, motivate and develop the restaurant team.
• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations.
