Job summary

Zachary Daniels in Norwich is seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to lead a busy hospitality/retail team and deliver outstanding customer service. You will coach and develop colleagues, manage shifts, and ensure high standards of service, food safety and presentation.

You'll work closely with senior kitchen and Front of House teams to drive sales, profitability and operational excellence while maintaining a customer-led environment.
