Job summary

Bristol Harbour Hotel is seeking a Restaurant Manager with a minimum of 1 year in a high-end restaurant. You will be responsible for managing stock, budgets and driving revenue growth with strong food and wine knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year restaurant management experience in a high-end restaurant.
• Experience working within budget guidelines and managing stock.
• Strong commercial acumen for increasing revenue and controlling costs.
• Excellent knowledge of food and wine; ability to train and motivate the team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant team to deliver service-excellence throughout shifts.
• Oversee budgeting, cost control and revenue-generation activities.
• Monitor stock levels, ordering and portion control to reduce waste.
• Provide ongoing training and development to staff to maintain high standards.

The role…

As Restaurant Manager you will have a minimum of 1 years restaurant management experience gained from a high end restaurant and have experience of working within budget guidelines, responsibility of managing stock together with a strong commercial acumen for increasing revenue and controlling costs. As Restaurant Manager you will also have excellent food and wine knowledge and be able to use this knowledge to train, motivate and develop the team. A passion for service excellence with a drive and determination to take the business to another level is essential.
