Job summary

Harbour Hotels is seeking a Reception Manager or Front of House Manager to join our team. The role focuses on delivering outstanding guest service, effective communication, and motivation of staff across Front Office operations.

Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years’ Front Office experience at supervisory level or higher, with OPERA knowledge preferred. We offer progression opportunities and a vibrant working environment at our Harbour Hotels locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in all Front Office aspects including guest feedback, billing and revenue posting.
• OPERA knowledge preferred.

Job description

We have a superb opportunity for a Reception Manager or Front of House Manager to join the team. As Front of House Manager, you will be required to ensure every guest receives the ultimate in customer service. You will be an effective communicator, experienced in complaint handling, a true motivator of people and fully experienced in all aspects of Front Office including collating guest feedback, billing and revenue posting. A minimum of 3 years’ Front Office experience is required at Supervisory level or higher, together with full knowledge of OPERA is preferred.
