Job summary

Harbour Hotels are seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead our high-end restaurant teams. You will oversee service standards, train staff, manage inventory, and ensure adherence to budgets with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences across our luxury properties.

Applicants should have at least 1 year of management in a fine-dining setting, strong wine knowledge, and a commercial mindset to drive revenue while controlling costs. UK work eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year restaurant management experience in a high-end restaurant.
• Experience working within budget guidelines and controlling costs.
• Strong food and wine knowledge to train, motivate and develop the team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and service standards.
• Manage stock levels, reduce wastage and control costs to meet budgets.
• Drive revenue growth and profitability through upselling and cost awareness.
• Lead and develop front-of-house teams through training and coaching.

As Restaurant Manager you will have a minimum of 1 years restaurant management experience gained from a high end restaurant and have experience of working within budget guidelines, responsibility of managing stock together with a strong commercial acumen for increasing revenue and controlling costs. As Restaurant Manager you will also have excellent food and wine knowledge and be able to use this knowledge to train, motivate and develop the team. A passion for service excellence with a drive and determination to take the business to another level is essential.
