Job summary

Harbour Hotels is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a high‑end restaurant alongside a dynamic team across our luxury properties. You will manage daily operations, control stock and costs, and mentor staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

With a minimum of two years in a restaurant management role, you will leverage strong food and wine knowledge to train and develop the team, driving service excellence and commercial success across the group.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years restaurant management experience in a high end establishment.
• Experience in stock control and budgeting to maximise revenue and minimise costs.
• Excellent knowledge of food and wine to train and guide the team.
• Proven ability to train, motivate and develop staff for service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring high standards of service.
• Manage stock levels, costs, and supplier relationships.
• Train and develop front-of-house team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Drive revenue growth while maintaining quality and profitability.

The role… As Restaurant Manager you will have a minimum of 2 years restaurant management experience gained from a high end restaurant and have experience of working within budget guidelines, responsibility of managing stock together with a strong commercial acumen for increasing revenue and controlling costs. As Restaurant Manager you will also have excellent food and wine knowledge and be able to use this knowledge to train, motivate and develop the team. A passion for service excellence with a drive and determination to take the business to another level is essential.
