Job summary

Harbour Hotels Group is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead one of our prestigious hospitality venues. The role requires a minimum of 1 year of restaurant management experience in a high-end setting, with strong budgeting capabilities and a focus on cost control and revenue growth.

You will train, motivate and develop a capable team, ensuring service excellence and a memorable guest experience across our Harbour Hotels properties.

The role…

As Restaurant Manager you will have a minimum of 1 years restaurant management experience gained from a high end restaurant and have experience of working within budget guidelines, responsibility of managing stock together with a strong commercial acumen for increasing revenue and controlling costs. As Restaurant Manager you will also have excellent food and wine knowledge and be able to use this knowledge to train, motivate and develop the team. A passion for service excellence with a drive and determination to take the business to another level is essential.
