Job summary

Harbour Hotels is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to act as the strategic business leader for the hotel, delivering strategies to meet targets and ensure guest satisfaction. You will provide outstanding leadership and deputise for the General Manager in their absence, overseeing all hotel operations with a focus on commercial success and guest experience.

Previous experience in a 5-star environment is desirable, and the role offers chances for progression within Harbour Hotels’ luxury

The role…

As Operations Manager you will be the strategic business leader for the hotel to deliver strategies, provide exemplary leadership to ensure all targets are met and exceeded whilst being a true people’s champion. This role will be involved in every aspect of the hotel operation important to the commercial viability and ultimate guest satisfaction. The Operations Manager will be the key support to the General Manager whilst in the operation and will deputise in the absence of the General Manager. You will need to be truly passionate about hospitality and have a keen eye for detail. Previous experience working within a 5 star environment is desirable.
