Job summary

Harbour Hotels in Guildford is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day hotel operations, drive guest satisfaction and maximise commercial performance.

You will partner with the General Manager, mentor teams across departments and uphold the brand's luxury standards in a 5-star environment. Previous experience in premium hospitality is desirable.

The role…

As Operations Manager you will be the strategic business leader for the hotel to deliver strategies, provide exemplary leadership to ensure all targets are met and exceeded whilst being a true people’s champion. This role will be involved in every aspect of the hotel operation important to the commercial viability and ultimate guest satisfaction. The Operations Manager will be the key support to the General Manager whilst in the operation and will deputise in the absence of the General Manager. You will need to be truly passionate about hospitality and have a keen eye for detail. Previous experience working within a 5 star environment is desirable.
