Job summary

Dobbies Garden Centres Ltd is seeking a Restaurant Customer Advisor to deliver great customer experiences across our Restaurants and store areas. You will help customers with transactions and queries, promote the Dobbies Club, and support stock, till work and restaurant service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer facing role in hospitality or retail.
• Strong knowledge of products and allergy/dietary requirements.
• Able to work as part of a team in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service across the store and restaurant areas.
• Promote the Dobbies Club membership to drive sales.
• Assist customers with queries and dietary needs using product knowledge.
• Help maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the store.
• Support stock checks, till work, and restaurant service as required.
