Job summary

Dobbies Garden Centres Ltd is hiring Restaurant Customer Advisers to deliver exceptional customer experiences in our Restaurants, help customers with transactions, promote Dobbies Club membership, and ensure food hygiene. You will work on the shop floor and in other areas as required, including stock, cash handling, take-to-car deliveries, and restaurant service, gaining a wide range of skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer facing role and passion for hospitality.
• Team player who works well in a fast-paced environment.
• Punctual, well presented and reliable with a can-do attitude.
• Eager to learn new skills and gain experience.
• Comfortable handling multiple tasks in a busy store setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service across the store and transactions.
• Promote the Dobbies Club membership and drive sales.
• Answer queries with product knowledge, including allergies and dietary needs.
• Help maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the store.
• Support stock, till work and restaurant service as needed.
