Job summary

At Dobbies Garden Centres, we are seeking a Restaurant Customer Advisor to deliver exceptional customer experiences across our restaurants. You will help customers with transactions, promote Dobbies Club benefits, and support stock and restaurant service in a busy store environment.

Ideal candidates will be passionate about hospitality, enjoy teamwork, and be eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Experience within a customer facing role in hospitality or retail.
• Passion for delivering a great customer experience with a smile.
• Ability to work well in a team and stay positive in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Giving great customer service by helping customers with various transactions across the store.
• Driving sales through customer interactions, while promoting the benefits of the Dobbies Club membership.
• Offering a helping hand with customer queries through product knowledge, allergies and dietary requirements.
• Working with your team to maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of your store.
• Work on the shop floor and other areas as required, including stock, till work, and restaurant service.
