Job summary

Dobbies Garden Centres Ltd is seeking Restaurant Customer Advisors to deliver an exceptional customer experience across our restaurant spaces. You’ll help customers with transactions, promote the Dobbies Club, and support food service in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer facing role and a passion for hospitality.
• Able to work well in a team and celebrate success.

Responsibilities

• Deliver great customer service across the store transactions.
• Promote Dobbies Club membership to drive sales.
• Assist with queries, advising on allergies and dietary requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the store.
• Assist on shopfloor; may include stock, cash handling, deliveries, stock control, and restaurant service.
