Dobbies Garden Centres Ltd. is seeking enthusiastic Restaurant Customer Advisors to deliver excellent customer experiences across our Restaurants. You will help with transactions, support food service, and promote the Dobbies Club membership while upholding food hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role within hospitality.
• Ability to assist customers with queries and transactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with transactions across the store.
• Drive sales by promoting Dobbies Club membership and offers.
• Answer questions on products, dietary requirements and allergies.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the store and restaurant area.
• Support stock handling, till work, and other store duties as needed.
