Job summary

Dobbies Garden Centres is seeking Restaurant Customer Advisors to help deliver an exceptional customer experience across our Restaurants, while delivering tasty food and maintaining food hygiene standards.

You will be on the shopfloor, assisting customers, handling transactions, promoting the Dobbies Club, and supporting the team to keep the store clean and welcoming. This role suits someone who thrives in a busy hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role and a passion for hospitality.
• Able to work in a busy, fast-paced environment and within a team.
• Punctual, well-presented with a can-do attitude.
• Strong product knowledge including allergens and dietary requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by helping customers with various transactions across the store.
• Drive sales through customer interactions and promote the Dobbies Club membership.
• Assist customers with queries using product knowledge, including allergy and dietary information.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the store; assist on shopfloor, stock, cash handling, till work, deliveries and stock control.
