Restaurant General Manager
Manage all aspects of operations for a Wendy’s restaurant, including customer service, employee management, and financial performance.

What you’ll do:
- Lead a multi‑talented team and oversee all people and operations for the restaurant
- Treat customers like family and ensure great food, service, and overall experience encourages repeat visits
- Coach Managers and Crew Members to perform optimally and consistently improve each shift
- Provide clear direction, develop employees, and maximize their contributions and growth potential
- Recruit, train, and develop talent while promoting a fun, energizing work environment
- Collaborate with HR to manage employee concerns promptly and appropriately at the restaurant level
- Drive store sales and profitability through effective management and operational excellence
What you bring to the table:
- Experience leading people, preferably in a food service environment
- 3 years of line operations experience with demonstrated ability to lead and manage in a fast‑paced setting
- 4 years of management experience
- Flexibility to work 45‑hour weeks and be available all day parts and days of the week
You’re willing and able to:
- Travel to other locations (restaurants, area office, etc.) as needed
- Stand for long periods, bend and kneel, and lift weights between 25–50 kg
