Schedule

Nights (22:00 – 08:00). Full‑time over 4 nights, with a £4,500 nightly premium on top of the base salary.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Lead a team overnight to deliver all replenishment activities across the store.
  • Prioritise deliveries, organise the warehouse and replenish shelves.
  • Run a full store operation independently, ensuring safety and the wellbeing of colleagues.
  • Ensure all standards are ready for morning service.
  • Manage performance, conduct disciplinaries, and ensure accurate scheduling and pay.
Essential Criteria
  • Track record of delivering excellent customer service and coaching colleagues.
  • Experience leading a team in a fast‑paced, customer‑facing environment.
  • Operational leadership skills and the ability to operate independently in the absence of senior managers.
  • Success in meeting or exceeding KPIs (sales, availability, customer satisfaction, colleague engagement).
  • Experience managing employee relation issues, including performance and absence management.
Desirable
  • Experience working night shifts in a high‑volume operational environment.
  • Ability to adapt to the physical and mental demands of overnight working and create a safe, supportive atmosphere for the team.
