C&E-Recruitmen is seeking an experienced Floor Manager for a luxury hotel brasserie in Windsor. You will lead from the floor, oversee daily service across restaurant, bar, terrace and lounge, and work closely with the Restaurant Manager to maintain exceptional guest experiences.

The Person

The successful Floor Manager will have the following:

• Previous experience as a Floor Manager, Restaurant Supervisor or Assistant Restaurant Manager within a quality restaurant or luxury hotel environment
• A genuine passion for food, wine and delivering exceptional guest service
• Confidence overseeing busy restaurant services and managing the floor
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train and develop junior team members
• Excellent knowledge of service standards, guest relations and allergy procedures
• A hands-on approach with excellent attention to detail
• Confidence taking responsibility for the restaurant, bar, terrace and lounge in the Restaurant Manager's absence
• A warm, professional and engaging personality
