Job summary

Penningtons Brasserie and Bar in Windsor is seeking a Floor Manager to drive service quality and guest satisfaction. You will lead a team, support the Restaurant Manager, and ensure smooth operations across restaurant, bar and lounge during evenings and weekends.

Applicants should have at least 1 year in a similar role, a guest-focused attitude, and the ability to train and develop team members while upholding brand standards and health and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a comparable floor/restaurant role.
• Guest-focused approach with a passion for service excellence.
• Experience training and mentoring junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Maintain guest experience and supervise service standards end-to-end.
• Support Restaurant Manager with training and ordering of service.
• Shadow and coach team to ensure consistent service quality.
• Take sole duty-management responsibility for restaurant, bar, terrace.
