C&E-Recruitmen is seeking an experienced Floor Manager for a luxury hotel brasserie in Windsor. You will lead from the floor, oversee daily service across restaurant, bar, terrace and lounge, and work closely with the Restaurant Manager to maintain exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Floor Manager or equivalent in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant.
• Passion for food, wine and delivering exceptional guest service.
• Ability to oversee busy services and manage the floor.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Knowledge of service standards and allergy procedures.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented.
• Willingness to cover evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities
