Dobbies Garden Centres Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a Restaurant Customer Advisor to deliver outstanding customer experiences across our Restaurants, helping customers with transactions and queries while upholding hygiene standards.

You will promote the Dobbies Club membership, work on the shop floor and restaurant areas, and contribute to a busy, friendly, team-driven environment where every visitor leaves with a positive impression.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in hospitality.
• Able to assist customers with queries and dietary needs.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn about products and club membership benefits.
• Capable of keeping the store clean and tidy while assisting customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service across the store and restaurant area.
• Drive sales by promoting Dobbies Club membership.
• Use product knowledge to answer queries, including allergies and dietary needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the store.
• Assist with stock, till work, and restaurant service as needed.
