Job summary

Dobbies Garden Centres in Carlisle is seeking a Restaurant Customer Advisor to deliver an exceptional customer experience across our restaurants, help with transactions, and support food hygiene and sales. You will work on the shop floor and in the restaurant, handle queries, assist with stock and till work, and promote the Dobbies Club membership while maintaining store cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service across restaurant and store transactions.
• Promote Dobbies Club membership and drive sales through interactions.
• Assist with food hygiene, stock handling, till work and restaurant service.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the store and restaurant areas.
• Support colleagues and participate in stock control and customer queries.
