Job summary

Dobbies Garden Centres Ltd. is seeking friendly team members to deliver outstanding customer service across the store. You will assist customers with transactions, promote the Dobbies Club, and share knowledge on products, allergies, and dietary requirements.

You will join a team that keeps the store clean and well-presented, with opportunities to work on the shop floor, stock, and occasional restaurant service, gaining diverse skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service across store transactions.
• Promote Dobbies Club benefits and drive sales through interactions.
• Answer customer queries with product knowledge, including allergies and dietary needs.
• Assist in shopfloor upkeep and store cleanliness with the team.
• Cover stock, till work, deliveries, stock control routines, and occasional restaurant service.
