Job summary

Dobbies Garden Centres Ltd. is looking for a friendly and proactive team member to deliver exceptional customer service across our garden centre.

You will help customers with transactions, promote the Dobbies Club membership, and share product knowledge to assist with queries including allergies and dietary needs. You will work with your team to keep the store clean and well-presented, while also supporting stock, till duties, and restaurant services as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role.
• Ability to promote memberships and services.
• Strong product knowledge and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service across the store.
• Assist customers with transactions and promote the Dobbies Club membership.
