A recruitment consulting company in Liverpool City Region is seeking a Resourcer to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in recruitment or telesales, with exceptional communication skills and the ability to effectively manage client relationships. Responsibilities include overseeing onsite team performance and compliance, managing attendance, and preparing data for clients. This role offers excellent opportunities for career progression.

Reporting to: Director
Client: Due to continued growth, we are looking for a resourcer to work in a busy, Friendly environment. You will ideally have previous experience of working within a recruitment environment.
You should be extremely personable and confident in approach to both client and colleagues. You will possess high level of communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal with the ability to listen and empathise with our clients and candidates. The capability to operate in a diverse workplace is also advantageous in this role. Additionally, a high level of attention to detail and clarity of work needs to be one of your primary focuses on a day to day basis.
