Job summary

Butlins is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead and manage the day-to-day operations of a resort restaurant or high-volume F&B venue. You will focus on fast, friendly, and safe service while maintaining high product quality and guest satisfaction.

You will support with rostering, labour and budget management, ensure food safety compliance, and use guest insight to drive performance and staff development in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing or supervising a restaurant or high-volume F&B venue.
• Strong team leadership and people management skills.
• Experience managing rotas, labour and budgets.
• Strong understanding of food safety and compliance.
• Excellent guest service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Desirable: holiday park/resort exposure.
• Desirable: multi-outlet operations exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team on the floor to deliver fast, friendly, safe service and consistent product quality.
• Implement operational and commercial plans to support venue performance.
• Support stock controls, cellar routines, product care and compliance standards.
• Use available insight to guide real time decisions that maintain great performance.
• Demonstrate on-floor leadership and coaching to the team.
