Butlin's is seeking a proactive Supervisor Plus to lead on-site across multiple resort venues. You will coach teams, drive guest satisfaction, and ensure food safety and stock standards are met.

The role covers accommodation-focused days and requires flexible cross-department support to maintain brand standards and deliver memorable guest experiences. Lead by example in safety, quality, and service while coaching colleagues to achieve add-on sales and promotions, ensuring efficient operations

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead and coach diverse teams.
• Experience in guest-facing hospitality or leisure operations.
• Strong focus on food safety and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Be the operational hands-on leader, guiding teams to meet targets.
• Coach staff to hit upsell and guest experience KPIs.
• Support audits, safety checks and stock management across venues.
• Respond to guest queries with empathy and professionalism.
• Coordinate across Buffets, Bars & Shops, Restaurants, Splash and other areas.
