• Experience managing or supervising a high-volume F&B venue.
• Proven leadership and people-management skills.
• Experience creating rotas and managing budgets.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and compliance.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.

• Lead floor team to deliver fast, friendly, safe service and consistent quality.
• Implement operational and commercial plans to support venue performance.
• Manage stock, cellar routines, and compliance standards.
