Butlins is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a resort restaurant or quick-service environment, ensuring a safe, efficient and high-quality food and beverage experience for guests. The role focuses on team leadership, financial performance, compliance and delivering guest service aligned with brand standards.

You will guide on-floor service, drive operational plans, manage stock and costs, and use guest feedback and performance data to maintain excellent performance across busy service periods.

Formación

• Experience managing or supervising a restaurant or high-volume F&B venue.
• Strong team leadership and people management skills.
• Experience managing rotas, labour and budgets.
• Strong understanding of food safety and compliance.
• Excellent guest service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the daily operation of the venue, ensuring smooth and efficient service and a high-quality guest experience.
• Lead, coach and develop the team; create rotas aligned to occupancy, demand and budget.
• Handle guest queries and complaints, be visible on the floor during key service periods.
• Monitor labour costs, sales performance and identify opportunities to grow revenue.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene, allergen controls and legal compliance.
• Collaborate with Retail, Entertainment and Operations teams for seasonal events and launches.
