Job summary

Butlin's Restaurants & QSR is seeking a proactive Restaurants & QSR Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at the Skegness venue. You will drive guest experience, ensure fast, safe and friendly service, and manage stock yields and product controls while leading a motivated, service-led team.

You will coach staff, monitor KPIs such as NPS and SPH, and ensure compliance with licensing, safety and brand standards across busy trading periods.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable leadership in high-volume hospitality environments.
• Strong understanding of F&B stock controls and food quality standards.
• Proven commercial acumen with stock yield targets and financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Own guest experience across the Restaurant or QSR venue with fast, friendly service.
• Use NPS trends and guest feedback to improve service points and product mix.
• Lead and coach a multiskilled team to meet peak trading demands.
• Maintain licensing compliance, cellar safety, hygiene and stock controls.
• Collaborate with other resort teams to share best practices and improve performance.
