Job summary

Butlin's in Minehead is seeking a Junior Kitchen Manager to join our Restaurants Department. Reporting to the Kitchen Manager, you will support running the kitchen and lead a team of up to 15, ensuring guest satisfaction remains at the centre of every decision.

You will drive cost control, menu planning to standards, maintain food hygiene and health and safety compliance, and develop your team through training and performance plans while upholding Butlin's brand standards.
