Job summary

Butlin's is seeking a dedicated Supervisor Plus to lead and coach on-site teams across Buffets, Bars & Shops, and Splash venues. This hands-on role ensures standards are met, audits are completed, and guest experiences exceed expectations during peak operations.

You will drive key targets such as add-on sales, support onboarding, and align rosters with demand while maintaining brand standards and a strong team culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality supervision or team leadership preferred.
• Capable of coaching and developing colleagues to meet targets and standards.
• Experience with audits/compliance in a guest-facing environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the hands-on operational lead, coaching teams to deliver key tasks and objectives across departments.
• Drive targets such as add-on sales and promotions while maintaining brand standards.
• Lead CAFF audits in accommodation and other departmental audits as required.
• Build strong relationships across resorts and central support teams; support onboarding and employee lifecycle tasks.
