Job summary

The Mole Resort in North Devon is seeking an Operations Manager to join our Executive Team and shape the future of one of Devon's leading countryside resorts. You will oversee day-to-day operations across housekeeping, F&B, kitchen, front office and guest services, driving profitability and service excellence.

Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll lead a high-performing team, manage budgets, and champion continuous improvement while ensuring health and safety compliance and outstanding guest

Qualifications

• Senior hospitality operations experience with a track record of leading multiple departments.
• Strong commercial awareness and financial management skills.
• Proven ability to enhance guest satisfaction and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a multi-department management team.
• Drive guest satisfaction and service standards across the resort.
• Manage budgets, payroll, and profitability for departments.
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue and efficiency.
• Support business objectives and strategic initiatives.
• Develop future leaders and coach talent.
• Uphold health, safety, and food safety compliance.
