The Mole Resort in North Devon is seeking an ambitious Operations Manager to join our Executive Team and help shape the future of one of Devon's leading countryside resorts.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations across Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Kitchen Operations, Front Office and Guest Services, driving profitability, service excellence and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a senior hospitality operations role.
• Proven experience managing multiple departments within a hotel, resort, or hospitality environment.
• Strong commercial awareness and financial management skills.
• Experience driving service excellence and improving business performance.
• Exceptional leadership and people development abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A positive, resilient and hands-on leadership style.
• A passion for creating outstanding guest experiences.
• Strong understanding of PMS - Opera, Harri, Revinate and Procure Wizard.

• Lead and inspire a multi-department management team across the resort.
• Drive exceptional guest satisfaction and service standards.
• Manage departmental performance, budgets, payroll and profitability.
