Job summary

The Mole Resort, North Devon, seeks an ambitious Operations Manager to join our Executive Team. Lead multiple departments including Housekeeping, F&B, Kitchen Ops, Front Office and Guest Services, overseeing day-to-day operations and strategic direction to ensure exceptional guest experiences and financial performance.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will drive service excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement while developing future leaders and delivering profitable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a senior hospitality operations role
• Proven experience managing multiple departments in hotel, resort, or hospitality
• Strong commercial awareness and financial management skills
• Experience driving service excellence and improving business performance
• Exceptional leadership and people development abilities

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a multi-department management team
• Drive guest satisfaction and service standards across the resort
• Manage departmental performance, budgets, payroll and profitability
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue and improve operational efficiencies
• Support achievement of business objectives and strategic initiatives
• Develop and coach future leaders within the business
