Job summary

The Mole Resort in North Devon seeks an experienced Front Office Manager to lead the Front Office, Reservations and Night teams and drive guest experiences. You will coach staff, manage budgets, and uphold our Iconic service standards across every guest interaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Front Office Manager or senior Front Office leader.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and develop teams.
• Strong knowledge of front office operations, reservations and guest services.
• Commercial awareness with budgets and departmental performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop the Front Office, Reservations and Night teams.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences from reservation through to departure.
• Champion Iconic service standards across every guest interaction.
• Drive revenue through upselling accommodation, dining, leisure experiences and resort activities.
• Manage departmental budgets, labour costs and performance targets.
• Build relationships with Housekeeping, F&B, Leisure, Maintenance and wider teams.
• Handle guest feedback and service recovery with confidence and professionalism.
• Ensure efficient operations and high standards of presentation and service.
