Job summary

The Mole Resort is seeking an experienced F&B Team Leader to organise, prepare and deliver events with support from the Food and Beverage Manager. You will coordinate with the sales team, work with the on-site F&B team and ensure guest requirements are met.

In this role you will set up function rooms, supervise service staff and maintain Health and Safety and Food Safety standards. A positive, organised approach and strong communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate with the sales team to ensure events run to a professional standard.
• Work with the F&B team in delivering exceptional service to our guests.
• Liaise with all on-site teams to prepare for events.
• Assist the F&B team when necessary.
• Set up function rooms to guest specifications.
• Clear down events rooms after use.
• Coordinate the service team.
• Maintain Health and Safety/Food Safety standards.
