Interaction Recruitment is seeking a Resolution Specialist in Walsall for an office-based role at our Bescot Headquarters. You will calm and assist members during breakdowns, taking ownership of cases and guiding them to quick, safe resolutions while updating on progress.

The position requires a flexible schedule (Mon-Sun, 4:30pm–12am) and participation in full training. A standout customer service mindset and strong communication under pressure are essential.

• Ability to build trust quickly and communicate clearly in difficult situations.

Responsibilities

• Taking ownership of breakdown calls and assessing the customer's situation.
• Identifying the best solution, from remote fixes to arranging assistance.
• Managing the situation end-to-end from first call to resolution.
• Keeping members informed with proactive updates on progress.
