Job summary

Engage Services, part of the Marston Holdings Limited group, is seeking a Resolution Field Agent. This self-employed role can be part-time or full-time, with a guaranteed daily rate of £130–£150.

The work involves visiting properties across the UK to resolve utility accounts, reconnect services, and support customers in financial difficulty. Applicants must have a full UK driving licence, access to a vehicle with business insurance, and a clean DBS check.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Access to own vehicle with business insurance.
• ULEZ compliance required for London routes.
• DBS check and healthy credit history required.
• Strong organisational, negotiation and case-management skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Carry out field visits to residential and commercial properties on behalf of clients.
• Resolve customer accounts, reconnect services and provide support to those in financial difficulty.
• Identify and manage disputes following company procedures and policies.
• Read utility meters and ensure accurate readings within assigned postcode areas.
