The Resilience / Supply Chain Manager - Commodity Support Services (CSS) will strengthen the resilience of the commodity support services supply chain within the LCST (Logistics Commodities and Services Transformation) contract.
The role focuses on identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks in supplier networks — including contested supply chains — to ensure operational continuity in a complex Defence logistics environment. While not a procurement role, the position requires a strong understanding of supplier management, procurement processes, and supply chain vulnerabilities, working closely within the Operations team to safeguard supply security and reliability.

The Logistics Commodities & Services Transformation (LCST) Programme for the UK Ministry of Defence is a critical effort to enhance and improve the UK’s defence supply chain. The programme provides essential services such as storage and distribution for the MOD's materiel, including a global freight service and the procurement and inventory management of 70,000 commodity NATO Stock Number (NSNs).
