Job summary

A modern surveying practice is looking for an experienced Residential Valuation Surveyor to join their team. This role offers a basic salary between £50,000 and £65,000, plus an annual car allowance and profit sharing. The successful candidate will conduct valuations and may perform Level 2 & 3 surveys. Candidates with RICS qualifications and technical expertise in residential surveying are preferred. A proficient user of MS Office and able to work from home is essential for this position.

We are a modern surveying practice covering the North West, South Yorkshire, and North Yorkshire. We are looking to add an experienced surveyor to cover PR postcodes, Preston, and surrounding areas. We believe in a team effort where everyone shares in the success of the company and works closely together to develop expertise in residential surveying.

Responsibilities

You will be conducting valuations for lending purposes and Level 2 & 3 surveys (if you have the experience to do so). Due to the level of work within our firm, we are also open to speaking with surveyors who focus solely on valuations.
