Qualifications

• Experience coordinating internal teams and external design consultants.
• Awareness of CDM and Principal Designer responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical design packages and track progress against the design programme.
• Chair and manage design team meetings, ensuring clear actions and issue resolution.
• Liaise with departments to align information.
• Review drawings for buildability, planning compliance, and construction readiness.
• Manage statutory approvals and planning condition discharge.
• Review sub-contractor design inputs and coordinate technical content.
• Respond to sales and customer queries.
• Contribute to value engineering and technical handover documentation.
