A national provider of residential care is seeking a Residential Support Worker for maternity cover at their Little Hulton home. You will assist young people in daily activities and manage challenging behaviours while creating a positive environment. Ideal candidates demonstrate compassion and experience with youth care. Location: Little Hulton
Hours: 40.5 hours per week
Salary: £26,350 - £30,050 (depending on experience and qualifications)
Earnings: £28,950 - £32,650 (based on 5 sleep-ins per month)
Shift Pattern: 1 shift on, 2 shifts off
Shift Times: 8am – 11pm followed by a sleep in after half the shifts
Annual Leave Entitlement: 243 hours

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Residential Support Worker to join our team at Wharton Lane Children’s Home. You will help provide essential support to young people in care, assisting them with daily activities, appointments, and behavioural management, all while creating a positive and nurturing home environment.
