Residential Solicitor

• Handling a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion
• Advising clients clearly and professionally, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other solicitors to progress matters efficiently
• Using case management systems to maintain accurate records and documentation

We're Looking For

• Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with 5-6PQE+
• Strong communication and client care skills
• Ability to manage multiple files and meet deadlines
• Commercial property experience is desirable but not essential
