Are you an experienced Conveyancer ready to take the next step in your legal career? We’re working with a highly respected and forward-thinking law firm in Central London that’s looking to expand its residential property team.

The Role:

You’ll manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Shared ownership and new build properties

Using a leading case management system, you’ll handle files from instruction through to completion, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and service level requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage your own caseload independently and efficiently
  • Provide clear, accurate legal advice to clients
  • Draft contracts and legal documents
  • Liaise with Solicitors, Lenders, Brokers and Local Authorities
  • Supervise and support paralegals
  • Ensure accurate billing and fund transfers
