Position: Residential Property Lawyer / Legal Executive
Location: Ely, Cambridgeshire

About the Role:
Seeking a confident and capable Residential Property Lawyer to manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion. You’ll be joining a friendly and collaborative team, with hybrid working options available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling a full range of residential property transactions including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
  • Managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements
  • Contributing to the continued success and reputation of the department


Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in residential conveyancing (more experienced candidates are also encouraged to apply)
  • Qualified as a Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer, or an experienced non-qualified Conveyancer with a strong track record
  • Ability to work independently and manage a busy caseload
  • Excellent communication and client care skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
