Job summary

Greystar, a leading global real estate platform, seeks a proactive Leasing Associate to drive occupancy and revenue through welcoming prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, and coordinating move-ins. You will screen credit and backgrounds, prepare lease documents, and ensure a smooth move-in experience for residents.

You will stay informed about market conditions, implement marketing plans, and use property management software to track availability and leasing activity.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing and sales to meet occupancy goals.
• Knowledge of market conditions and ability to develop marketing plans.
• Ability to screen applications and coordinate move-ins smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and background checks, prepare leases.
• Coordinate move-in packages and ensure smooth resident onboarding.
• Monitor occupancy and implement marketing initiatives to sustain demand.
• Maintain show units to the company’s standards and prep leasing office daily.
