Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Leeds to join our property management team. You will help deliver day-to-day resident services, tenancy administration, marketing support, and operations to ensure high occupancy and a positive resident experience.

You will work with colleagues to handle inquiries, process maintenance requests, coordinate events, and assist with rent collection while upholding Greystar’s health and safety standards and core values.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong team player with relationship-building skills.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Able to work autonomously and make decisions.
• Excellent organisation and multi-tasking abilities.
• Knowledge of UK Health and Safety regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook; familiar with databases or booking systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver front of house service and tenant experience.
• Assist with marketing, events and tenancy administration.
• Process maintenance requests and update databases.
• Support rent collection and housing operations.
• Coordinate with University clients and community events.
